Born on November 20, 1947, in Shiraz, Iran, Amir immigrated to the United States in the early 1970s in pursuit of education and opportunity. He earned a Ph.D. in Agriculture and went on to become an innovative and visionary businessman in the Fresno and Clovis communities, where he founded and operated four successful smog test-only stations. 

        Amir was known not only for his entrepreneurial spirit, but also for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering belief in the people around him. A devoted father and beloved brother, he also treated his employees like family and took pride in building businesses that served his community. Those who knew him will remember his warmth, integrity, and willingness to help others. 

      Outside of work, Amir loved the outdoors and was a devoted soccer fan. He was a lifelong supporter of Manchester United and rarely missed an opportunity to follow his favorite team. 

        Amir is survived by his sister, Naz, and his only child, Nicole, who will forever cherish his love, guidance, and example. 

        He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, business partner, former employees, and all whose lives were touched by his generosity and compassion. His legacy lives on in the community he helped build and in the countless people who were fortunate enough to know him.
