James F. McNiece, 82, of Fresno, died March 25,2016. He was a mechanic in the cotton gin business. A visitation/viewing will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Serenity Funeral Chapel from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Sanger Cemetery at 12:00 PM.
