Dr. Reynolds graduated from University of Califorina, Irvine Medical School as a member of its charter class. He did his internship at Alameda County General Hos- pital and Merritt Hospital in Oakland, CA. He completed a first year residency at University of California, San Francisco. He served for two years in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Michael finished his residency in OB/GYN at UC Irvine. He practiced for several years in Irvine and Tulare County. He went into community health in Fresno County, specializing in HIV and community health areas. He wound up his career working for Concentra.

Michael was preceded in death by his beloved daughter Heather.

He is survived by Joanne, his loving wife of 50 years. He is also survived by his devoted sons, Clay and Christopher; and his daughter-in-law, Laura Reynolds. He was the adoring "Pompa" to four grandchildren, Makayla, Madison, Makenzie and Michael Reynolds; his dear sister-in-law Mary Lou Bonkofsky-Carter and and brother-in-law, Honorable Allan Carter, of Green Valley.

There will be a private service.
